By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Requesting an estimate through our contact form does not create an audit engagement until both parties sign an engagement letter.
Services described
Pages describing statutory audits, control reviews, inventory observation, and agreed-upon procedures are informational. Fees shown are starting points only. Scope, timing, and deliverables are confirmed in writing for each client.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, graphics, and brand marks on this site belong to Nishi Balance Partners or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse site content without prior written consent, except for fair personal reference or sharing a public page link.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction in Toyama Prefecture shall have exclusive competence over disputes arising from website use, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
